We promise to process and ship your order by the next
business day. If there are any delays in shipment we will contact you
immediately.
We promise to package all shipments with care and
diligence to protect your items during delivery. However, because the
shipping process is not without errors, shipments can be damaged. In the
event that your items are damaged, please notify us
customercare@md2b.net with your issue and order number at and we will
promptly re-ship your order at no additional cost to you.
If your items are lost during delivery, contact us with
your issue and order number at customercare@md2b.net. Once the shipment period as
defined in Shipping Options has
elapsed and the issue still remains unresolved, we will re-ship your items
at no cost to you.

Shipping Options
All packages are shipped via the United States Post
Office (USPS). We provide two shipping options for standard (Media Mail)
and expedited (Priority Mail) delivery service:
Standard Shipping – We use Media Mail because this
is a cost effective way to mail books, CD’s, tapes, and other types of
media. Media Mail delivery takes on average 2 – 9 days and up to 14 days.
Costs for shipments under 1 pound is $1.59. Refer to the USPS published Media Mail rates for shipping costs for larger
packages.
Expedited Shipping – We use Priority Mail because
it is the USPS's more affordable expedited delivery option. Average
delivery time for Priority Mail is 1 – 3 and up to 6 days. Cost for
shipments under 1 pound is $4.05. Refer to the USPS published Priority Mail rates for shipping costs for larger
packages.

Handling Fee
We add a nominal charge of $1.00 to all shipments for
processing and packaging costs.
