Return Policy
We hope our products and resources help you reach your goals
through medical school. If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, we
will give you a full refund minus the shipping and handling costs.
However, we cannot process a return if the following occurs:
- Item(s) is returned 30 days after date of purchase
- Item(s) is not returned in its original condition

online return form to initiate the return process. You will need the
following information to request a return:
Name on the order
Email address
Order number
Item(s) to be returned
Reason for return (optional)

You will receive an email with your return form
response. Print this email and send it with your item(s) to the

Take great care in the packaging of the book. If the
book returns damaged, it is not possible for us to refund your money.
We recommend you use a bubble mailer envelope or a box with sufficient
packing to minimize the risk of damage during delivery.

above, we will process your refund. You will receive a email confirming
your refund has been processed.
